Datuk Seri Prof. Dr. Jacob George is a tireless Social Worker and  Malaysia, ASEAN, and APEC Lead Consumer Advocate, Political, Public Policy Analyst and Human Rights Icon. He has an impressive track record with the Malaysian government and with both global and regional intelligentsia. Past portfolios include The Socio-Economic Research Unit (SERU) at the Prime Minister’s Department and the Centre of Policy Research (CPR) University Sains Malaysia. In the corporate sector, Dr. Jacob was the Senior Administrator at Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC), American Multi National Company, Flextronics (flex), and several non-governmental organizations on the domestic and international stage.

Dr. Jacob is also an expert in Law and Government Relations within the Asean, Apec and South Asia regions. He is a sought-after speaker, writer and resource person at domestic and international meets, conferences, and with national and international media groups. Dr. Jacob is well respected and distinguished among his peers, society and heads of government.

Pam is a Leadership & Executive Development Director and Coach. She has devoted much of her career to developing expertise in whole-life learning in a work context. Pam focuses on the identification and development of causal relationships between learning and performance at all levels in organisations, particularly during the times of great challenge and opportunity that often accompany large scale change.

She worked at Cranfield School of Management, Henley Business School and Imperial College Business School covering a number of roles including Client Relationship Director, Management Consultant and Executive Developer & Coach.

Pam has experience in a wide range of professional learning and development roles, in the public, private, not-for-profit and franchise sectors as Director, Internal and External Consultant, Executive Coach, Counsellor, Lecturer, Advisor, Trainer and Teacher.
